No, but they said they were going to!

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

This Dr does not do background checks on his employees. At present time he has a medical assistant working there who was arrested and convicted of calling herself prescriptions of Xanax for herself and was subsequently fired from the physician she worked for then.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

I only had one visit with Dr. Barber. I was very impressed with him, he is a Sweetheart. The office staff was friendly as well....HOWEVER...getting thru to speak to someone in the office was different thing. You just CANNOT get thru to them. You have to leave a message and you are told that it will take 48 hrs to return your call. THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I was waiting for the results of a bad mammogram that was to be sent from the hospital to Dr. Barber. I had to leave an angry message to get someone to call me in less than 48 hrs. I made her aware that I was scared to death about a problem in my breast. I told her that I was told at the hospital that my doctor would get the results on Friday. I begged her to please call me as soon as they got the results. She said she would make a note of it. Today, Friday, I tried calling back since I have not heard a word from Dr. Barber's office and found out the office is closed on Friday. Why did they not tell me this? I begged them not to let me wait over the weekend, wondering if I had cancer. I will find another doctor next year.
