The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. . They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their state-of-the-art facility offers some of the latest equipment in orthopedic surgery I have ever seen. It was such a relief to know they had such an outstanding and impressive facility. They were always very considerate and professional.

This Doc operated on my shoulder last year. I had great results and feel like he really is one of the best. The office is perfect in all respects. The staff really pay attention to all pts. not just the ones they are seeing. Everything is up to date and while it's a busy complex it is so organized that you seem to breeze through your appt. Dr Jaffe is a caring person who listens and answers questions. My surgery and the follow-up care was great. If I ever need ortho care again I will see either Dr Jaffe or one of his associates. There is no one any better than Dr Jaffe and the entire staff at this facility.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
