I have read a recent review about the doctors and the front office manager why is that that the people that dont know what they are doing and hate to be told how to do it correctly are the one's that have bad things to say of hard working people. The reason i know how great of job Dr. Alvarez and Dr. Bernardo do is because my family and i have been going there for the past 19 yrs and we have NEVER had a bad experiance there with any of the of them except some of the help and as you can see they are no longer there Dr. Alvarez has always been more than kind to them even when they disrespect her by not showing up for work or not doing what is asked of them so anyone that would like to go see a good dentist I recomend you go to St Patrick Dental you will have a great experiance every time .

The doctor paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The young lady in the back is very friendly and professional but the front office secretary was very rude it made me doubt coming back to them only because she is the first one I have to greet. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was extremely pissed off with the way i was greeted by the receptionist (the old lady) she wass extremely rude time for a new one --when i finally got seated she no only walked away cutting me off mid sentance she was beyond rude to her co workers .but besides that dentist (lady) was helpul her help was paitent with me and answered all my questions.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
