Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.

I had to wait 1 hour in the front office and then another 2 hours in the waiting room just to have the results of my blood test read to me. And of course they charged me $80 for that. They should have told me by phone that my results returned all OK and not make me waste my time and money.
I was incorreclty billed. I made about 8 phone calls to solve my billing issues and when it finally lokked they will correct it, my insurance company told me the time to do corrections had expired.
