All I can say it was not pleasant the several times I went to see the Doctor. At first I thought because the Dr. office was full the employees were under stress and it was one of the reason of their attitude, but I went several times in which it was empty and I was treated very badly with attitudes. The worse thing is that in front doctor they are different. Staff are unethical

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. The office manager was very helpful when the staff made a mistake with my billing codes for my insurance. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

You will wait a long time in this office. The doctor is wonderful and a few of the staff but some of the staff are not very caring and should not be working in healthcare.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

Dr. Morales was my first doctor when I move to Orlando. After trying a handful of other doctors, I went back to him because I felt he really cares for his patience and also provides a great referral connection of specialist when needed. I never seem to have an issue scheduling an appointment and they are always professional when I see them.

I've never been to a doctor's office that is on time, but I understand if I'm scheduling an appointment to give my self plenty of time. I also try to show up early so I go in close to my schedule appointment.

He is a good doctor and I appreciate his care.

It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility.
