He completed my breast exam alone with me in the room and then wanted to give me the name of a plastic surgeon, "in case" I wanted to get them looked at. You see, I am at an age where they do sit where they use to.

I found the visit very unprofessional.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I've seen him for Many years. He has delivered both my kids and I'll never leave his practice! The staff is SO nice and informative and really care.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Worst experience with an OBGYN, he was very rude to my partner and I and his personal opinions were given rather than true medical advice. Promptly requested records be transferred to another provider who will treat my partner and I with respect.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
