They didn't seem to know much about my medical history or pre-existing conditions. I had to explain everything, which was very inconvenient. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
