The office Manger, Bob Taylor, needs to go! He is a disgrace to the practice. He is an expert at violating HIPPA on the sly, speaks to patients about their medical and/or financial business in the lobby while other patients are around. He looks into patients charts to see "why they were there". He talks trash and divulges info about employees, past, and present to other employees, potential new hires and reps that come into the office.He has been accused of sexual harassment in the past by an ex-employee.

Office Manager, Bob Taylor, loves to pick fights with patients. He will violate your privacy rights by looking at your medical charts without asking. He will not pass along messages to medical staff but will inform you what the medical staff will do or will not do for you. If you have a miscommunication about your medication dosage and are trying to straighten it out, he will accuse you of being a 'manipulator' and trying to change your prescription. He dictates to you what your medical course should be instead of just taking a message to pass along to those who have the medical training. If you want to be insulted, mistreated, called names, yelled at, and dictated to by someone with no medical treatment whatsoever, please by all means, make an appointment today!

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The office was easy enough to find. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
