It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I've never felt more unsafe than I did in their care. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing, and I was nervous they were going to make a mistake. One thing that's been so annoying about #fullname|business~this provider#, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. Every time I try to get a question answered over the phone, they make me schedule an appointment. It's so frustrating having to drive down there all the time just to get a question answered.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional. I was so impressed with the tracking of the progress after visiting them. I feel more confident about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. I had a very difficult time trying to get an appointment with them. I ended up having to take off work just so I could get in within a reasonable time period. Whenever I go in for my appointment, I have to tell them over and over again who I am and what my condition is. They should remember me by now after how many times I've been there. Office administration at this practice is horrible. Get rid of your administrator and your practice can only get better. Rudeness at the check in window. Never have my insurance correct. Reschedule appointments continually.Wait times excessive.Spoke with administrator outside while she smokes.
