Tottally RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND MEDIOCRE STAFF. The manager Mimi (Doctor's wife) is extremely RUDE as well. They (incluiding the doctor don't care about costumer service).
Getting my kid's reccords.... wasted time.

My wife called to verify our daughter's health insurance with Dr. Garcia's staff before making an appointment. The staff promised to verify it, and to call back to create a date and time for a future appointment. This verification never occurred, and we were billed $20 for an apparent missed appointment that was never made. When my wife called Dr. Garcia's office to notify the error and simple mistake, she was met with unprofessionalism and rudeness from the staff, not to mention their error of the insurance premium account number. My wife asked for the office manager, and was met met with even further unprofessionalism, disrespect and rudeness, through interruption and sarcasm. Needless to say, we have taken our daughter's medical records and business elsewhere, and avoid this unprofessional, disrespectful pediatric practice of Dr. Garcia's ever again.
