They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. The doctor seemed like he was extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. My experience with this doctor was really bad. I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks. That was the first time that I saw him because before that I only saw the nurses there. His way to deliver the news was not good and he even made jokes about it. He did not answer any of my questions. He performed a D&C to me and was more that an hour late. He did not come out to talk to my husband while I was in recovery. He said that he would but never came out. I found out later that he did not give me a medication that I needed after my D&C. He wrote the prescriptions wrong and I was not able to get my pain medication. I could not get in contact with him after and had to get medication from another doctor. On my next appoinment he did not take the time to listen to me or answer questions, it seems like he did not care or did not know the answers. I have a really good doctor now and I can see the difference of how bad Dr Douglas Gearity is. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They seemed to have known the basics of my medical history before my examination. They asked the usual questions but didn't go into much detail. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Linda Kenny knows me well and I allways have personal service. She makes me feel like an old friend. I will follow her anywhere

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
