They do a good job of getting you in to see the doctor but it seems like some changes have been made lately. Less personal - more about the business side - and still very long waits. Over the years I have left more than once without being seen after over an hour in the exam room. Dr Mark always takes as much time as ncessary with each patient - which is what causes the delay - so is good when I am the patient - not so good when I am waiting!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
