It is a rare thing in todays practice of Western Medicine to feel really seen, heard and respected as one shares ones views on optimizing your health or getting to the root of what health challenges exist currently and those that could be prevented. Dr. Ireland is a family doctor who does all those things while also utilizing tests that can give an added level of baseline readout of my overall wellbeing. He stays abreast of the latest thinking and what tests and treatments may be wise to advise but most of all he has not lost sight of the importance of knowing his patients and weighing whatever he suggests against their overall lifestyle, preferences and opinions. Many doctors do care but the trend towards compartmentalizing our body parts to the purview of a specialist for this or that or the endless hunt for a diagnosis underpinned by ordering test after test after test and repeating those that have already been done by another physician etc. are a disturbing trend that continues. Not so with Dr. Ireland. I feel that optimizing my wellbeing and practicing preventative medicine is in good hands. It is also reassuring to know that should I need something more it will be guided by Dr. Ireland each step of the way.

Dr Mark Ireland is a very important part of my life - compassionate , skilled , so essential to my continued Well being! When our son , John died suddenly m at age. 36, April 25 TH , 2016 , Dr Mark , closed his practice to be present at Our John's Funeral, Forever grateful and thankful !

It is very easy for me to write a review of Dr.Mark Ireland. To me, he embodies the very essence of what it is to be a medical practitioner. When I speak to Dr. Ireland, I know he is listening, that he cares, that he is going to remember what we have discussed. I know that he always has my best interest at heart. I consider myself so fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Ireland.
