The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Yes, they interacted with both of us

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Kind of. They were able to answer a couple but not all

I had to wait for a little while.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Over the past 5 years with 3 children, I have been at this practice. I have noticed If I have an opinion about something I get talked down to. It's the same if I find information to challenge his diagnosis. This past week i had my daughter in to his office. She was miss diagnosed to begin with but when the steroidal cream wasn't working I took her back only to find out she has come down with a strain of the chicken pox virus. Hes telling me its not contagious but any other health professional i talk to tell me its extremely contagious. When I called back to talk to him about it, he actually yelled at me. I am taking my family to another doctor!

After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time.

No, the pediatrician is the only provider on staff
