Stay away from this place! When I started going here, I thought everyone was nice, until I needed them for anything. I had to call them for 2wks to get a call back about a refill when I was told each day, 8 times, they would call me back and didn't. They lied about reviewing a chest X-ray for an infection, only to deny they had a record of speaking to me, & I couldn't recall who told me. I needed 2 refills of medication only to be denied both because I had to come in every 3 months, when I saw them 3-4 months ago. No exceptions regardless how important the medication was. Terrible experience !!!

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
