They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Just as a side note, Right near Rte 60 just west f downtown. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room iand was really tired of waiting there for 7 hours They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It is almost impossible to schedule a follow up appointment in a decent amount of time... Wait 4 months...NO!

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
