In some instances Dr Joyner and her staff have an excellent working knowledge of their patients. On the other hand, the quality of the services provided come under serious question. My son had a great time with his cleaning. I got fillings and was extremely dissatisfied. One of her staff members had excellent customer service skills and convinced me to give them another chance. Too bad she wasn't there when I came in for my appointment. I waited over an hour and never made it, which is probably a blessing. I will be happy to see another dentist after this experience.
