They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr. Lin is an incredible doctor and really puts you at ease. He is very caring and gentle making sure that your safety and comfort are his top priority. The rest of the staff is just wonderful. All are very friendly, efficient and competent. I am so happy I found Dr. Lin and his staff!

My husband & I as well as my three children have been seeing Dr. Lin for quite some time now. Best dentist I have ever had. Clean, respectful, very concerned & always makes time for questions. Staff are very friendly & warm. If Dr. Lin were to move his office, I would definitely follow. I have a 10 year old who is not afraid to get a tooth pulled or have a check up because Dr. Lin is so friendly & gentle. I highly recommend Dr. Lin whole heartedly.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
