I was told I would have to pay for a filling - luckily I brought my EOB book with me....turns out the filling was free. If you are Filipino, you get excellent service, friendly and courteous - if you are not, you are ignored.

They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

I waited forever for my appointment!

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Terrible place. The office staff mess up appointments every time ! They cancel appointments and write wrong times down so we are kept waiting. Misdiagnosed cavities. New dentist said they were calcifications, NOT cavities ! Stay far, far away fro this place !

I had gone to Dr. Catherine Alfonso since I was a very young kid and she had always been very caring. She was very good at explaining different methods for preventative care and with fixing many of the problems I had with my teeth. Even through her own battle with cancer, she did her best to be there for her patients. The office itself is family run and very organized. I never had any problems with their service. Although I am not as familiar with the current dentists at this office, I felt well cared for the few times other dentists at her dentists worked on my teeth.

Yes I understand she needs the money but to lie about the number of cavities a person has and the work is needed is not fair. She told me I had over 14 cavities, needed 4 caps, a root canal, and a deep cleaning that insurance doesn't cover. Well I did do some of the work she said I needed and not only did she pull money from the insurance company, but she also sent me a bill to my house over charging me for work she never did. I then later went to another dentist who took my xrays and told me that I barely have one cavity and my teeth are all fine. I was told I might need some filling replaces in the future but that was it. Also said that I just needed a regular cleaning and to come back in 6 months for a routine check up. I wish I never got any of the work done with Dr. Catherine Alfonso because for all I know all those "cavities" she filled could have been fake! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!
