Kenneth Budowsky MD is a horrible pediatrician. He is arrogant with a bad temper. He screamed at my 3 year old child and made him cry. Dr Budowsky Never returns phone calls even if you have and emergency. I give Kenneth Budowsky MD a Zero star rating.
