It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.
