Not at all, they were ridiculous!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

No, they could have used some continuing education

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

This office is located closed by and has its own parking space. They were very polite at the office even though I confused my appointment date and was a day late. They were very helpful and nice and took me in regardless. The doctor is very friendly and attended to my questions. He is the only doctor so he will be in charge of my case the entire time, he also does the deliveries. Excellent so far.
