I love this ENT dr the best one this side of Homestead. The office staff is so polite and patience with the kids. I would recommend this office for anyone having issues.

Their staff was rude. I called this morning at 830 am and I was told he was booked all day but that she was going to talk to the dr and call me back. No one called back. I called at 133pm and the receptionist told me to be there at 6 pm. I arrived to the office at 535 pm and they told me they made a mistake and that my appointment was for 945 am. At that point the dr could not see me and they wanted to reschedule me for next Thursday, I left his office very disappointed with his staff.
