Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They probably need to update their office equipment sometime soon. Everything seems usable, but is all very old and outdated. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. This person should not be a family practitioner. They are so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning!
