Not impressed. His office is more about making appointments collecting co-pays, and referring you to a specialist. I think they make all the money from insurance and co-pays because they certainly don't practice medicine there, they practice making appointments, that's where the money is these days.

I had my 6 month check up and could not get in to see him so they sent me for my blood work while I was waiting for my appointment. I go in to review my blood work and he didn't even check my Thyroid levels, I have Graves Disease and on heart medication, which he prescribed for my racing heart due to my disease.

I now had to go for a 2nd time to get my thyroid levels checked and his receptionist calls me to tell me I have very high thyroid levels. The Doctor didn't call, his receptionist called. It's the doctors place to review my chart and go over the results with me, not his receptionist. Once again proving my point, they make appointments not practice medicine.

I ask to have the doctor call me, I was not going to discuss my blood work with a receptionist. I never heard from Dr. Giusto so I found another doctor who has time to read my chart before sending me for blood work and has the time to go over my blood levels and explain what it all means.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
