I went there some years ago. It was a bad experience because I was treated so rudely by the dentist! I was shocked by the treatment I received.

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

I hated that I wasn't able to rinse during my dental procedure at all. I seriously almost choked. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. The exray process seemed to be only entry level an not very thouoral, because the review of the came back I was told one thing but there were other un diagnosed problems later by a second opinion! The administration only seemed to be concerned with my insurance coverage an blatenly discused it inconsiderately in my face I was very unimpressed with their level of skill,civility am gentility,It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I will not be returning an would never recomend this facility to others. ;(

Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Definitely not. It was way too cold

Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
