Is this surgeon easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

I have been Dr. Pritchard's patient for over 25 years, and happily so. He & his staff has always treated me with respect, answering all, yes all, my medical questions, treating me like a person and not a dollar sign or number.

They have always provide everything promised me, went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

Dr. Pritchard can be tough on a patient, not mean, just tough to get you moving faster in recovery. He is an outstanding physician with compassion for the patient. I have had several surgeries over these past 25 years, all perfect and all performed by him. I am grateful to have him in my life as there was a real possibility that my injuries from an auto accident may have kept me in a wheelchair for the rest of my life.
