Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

We love this office. Very friendly staff! They were very helpful when I had questions about my insurance and explained everything in laymans' terms!
Dr. Wippler took all the time I needed to explain what he was doing and why and I got a great result. They are a very "happy" office and our family is very happy that we found them!

No, I didn't receive one for over a week

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time.

I would not recommend Dr. Wippler as a dentist. I had been a patient of his for about two years after a friend of mine had started using him. At first he seemed nice and personable. Soon after, he never seemed to have much time to speak with me. The last straw is when he said I might have a cavity forming and that he would keep an eye on it. After a couple more visits, he came back and totally changed his story about what he said. He now was saying that I needed a crown and possibly a root canal. He also completely denied what he told me and was very rude in dealing with me. My friend has also had negative experiences with him and has stop going to him as well.
