All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Not really, it was a little uncomfortable

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

No, I had to leave I was so distressed
