My visit was overall a good experience. The staff was very friendly and informative when it came to answering any questions or concerns I had. I am very pleased with choosing this office to take care of my orthodontic needs.

In the Santa Office, I had my wire changed into a thicker wire. The girl who did this was really nice. I was told to put another rubber band and it hurt really bad which is expected. The people in the back are nice who do all the work, however the ladies in the front need to be a little nicer. They always seem to be upset or mad. Other than that it was a great appointment.

We are very pleased how professional the Dentist and the staff are. Breanna being born with cleft lip and palate feels comfortable and very happy how her teeth are turning out so far with her braces. The inside of the office is very clean. The only thing that is very dirty (and looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a very very long time) is the entry outside door and windows. Other wise very happy with the services. Thank you

I just got my braces on yesterday at Dr. Lilis office in Santa Ana. The braces are all silver, they aren't that appealing but they will do. I don't remember the lady's name that actually put my braces on but she was very nice and provided me with a lot of information regarding my braces.

I love going to the office to receive my treatment. The front office staff is always smiling, helpful and friendly. The assistants are nice, very gentle when it comes to doing my treatment and fast. Overall I give this office an A+!

I received my service by Dr. Kan at the Santa Ana location. I just went in for a regular check up and was instructed on how to place my rubber band. The staff is pretty nice there are a few that stand out the most that seem to be more genuinely nice than others. I had some concerns because my lip was ripping due to my braces but Dr. Kan assured me that it would go away. I like how nice the people who actually do the work on you are because they make you feel comfortable I think that is one of the best qualities they have although some do need to be a little more cheerful.

Dr. Lili is fantastic! My son loves going there. Treatment is going exactly as promised. Staff loves working there. Wish I had a job like that.
