Our family has been going to Tuscany Dental for years. Faithfully, every 6 months, my son and I go get our cleaning and checkup. On our last visit, we found out that Dr. Lee had left the practice. The new dentist made us wait for so long, my son fell asleep in the chair. Not only we waited a long time, but the new dentist said my son had so many cavities (I think 16) that his treatment would cost in excess of $4,000, not to mention mine, he wanted to replace the crown/bridge they had done about 6 months prior, claiming the work was not done right but he would give me a "discount" on the price. He said my gums were inflamed and I needed a special treatment. On and on he went and the quote for services became higher and higher (thousands $).
Needless to say, we are not going back. I went to another dental office for a second opinion for my son and they did not find one single cavity.
One thing though, I will miss the front office receptionist, she is very nice and so professional.

DO NOT GO TO TUSCANY DENTAL GROUP

THE DENTIST IS A MONSTER, WHO YELLS AND DEGRATES HIS PATIENTS AS WELL AS HIS "BEATEN" STAFF. UNPROFFESIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE

I WOULD NOT LET MY DOG GET A CLEANING FROM THIS WHACK JOB.

Will never go back here again. The dentist we used to see at Tuscany Dental left to expand his orthodontic practise, and my husband and I were assigned to the new dentist. He was rude and arrogant right from the start - not only to me, but to the office staff as well. I had been going to Tuscany Dental the last few years for quarterly cleanings and at my last appointment (which was just three months ago) my old dentist said my teeth looked great and keep up whatever I was doing. The newly assigned dentist right off the bat, after poking in my mouth for less than two minutes, told me I had three small cavaties and that I would need some sort of dental procedure which required some sort of equipment that the current dental office would not order for him. No x-rays, nothing! I told him I wanted a second opinion and he then became extremely rude. I aked him if I was seeing my old dentist regularly, then why he didnt notice the same things? The Prima Dona dentist then bad mouthed my old dentist and ended up telling me "thats why hes not here!" This was the first time I ever walked out of an appointement -ever! The guy was a piece of work and my family will never go back there again.
