They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr Anderson performed my dental work superbly, explaining his work as he progressed always ensuring my physical and emotional comfort.

Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

I was one of Dr. Anderson's first patients when he moved to Lake Forest and opened his practice over 20 years ago. I find him to be very patient, gentle and informative with people of all ages. His staff is great, too.
