I was very please with the staff & dentist and the work that had to be done on my teeth, i must say they are outstanding and they care about they patients....I would say they are EXCELLENT!!!!!!!

Staff informed me my insurance would cover costs and when it came time for the appointment they wanted me to pay ALL costs up front. The staff did not inform me I would have to pay for the costs beforehand which was an outrageous amount of over 8,000. I was allowed back with my son who has medical problems which if I would have known I would never even stepped foot in the door. Office was dirty and the wait time was horribly long! Their phone lines were always messing up and the soap dispenser in the bathrooms for employees to wash their hands before returning to work was completely broke.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

The staff tried to sell unneccesary works.

They care more about money than anything. They're strictly sales people and unethical. Don't trust them at all with my mouth. They try to sell everything that is not covered by insurance and will tell you they check your coverage and lie and say the procedure isn't covered so they can get more money out of you with their "conventient financing".
