This place billed me for over $4000 in dental work. They told me my insurance didn't cover the work I needed done and like an idiot I believed them. I was referred to them by 1-800-DENTIST so I trusted that. Come to find out months later, they never submitted claims to my insurance or even inquired with them if I was covered. They said that most insurances don't cover the work I had done and that assumption got me stuck with the bill. What makes it worse is my insurance company requested that they submit the claims which they finally did and come to find out I was covered for more the $3000 of the work. They have requested that the dental office refund me, but they refuse. I am in the process of submitting complaints with dental associations and the state board to have them answer for their billing errors. I wish I had read reviews before going to this dentist. I've read so may reviews with the same issue. It's all about the money. Valuable lesson.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Never, they are very reliable.

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
