I had to laugh at the other reviews, as I am confused by their 5 stars. I have been to this office (3) times, (2) with my little girl. I found the dentist, the oral surgeon and the front office staff extremely rude and non-engaging. When my daughter recently had (2) extractions, they refused to let me sit in and hold her hand. So, as a devoted mom, I had to argue with the surgeon. Refusing to let me comfort my daughter? Really? And he and his assistant kept looking at each other with disdain every time I stepped forward to stroke her hair. I really wanted to ask them what their problem was. And to top it off, on (2) of the occasions, they were behind at least two hours. It was absolutely ridiculous! Every one in the waiting room kept complaining about the wait (including the couple in their 80's who had to wait as well). I will NEVER go back there and warn anyone to stay away.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

Bait and Switch try:
Went in for a cleaning and the dentist wanted to perform an extraction (or some similar procedure. When he found out I had no idea what was going on, he became irritated at his associate for not upselling the other procedure on my prior visit. Worst visit to a medical professional ever. Complete lack of empathy and only cares about his bottom line.
