I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I really like Dr. Mehrel and his staff. They are always pleasant and I never feel they are trying to push me to buy anything or do anything unnecessary, which I have felt at other dermatology practices. I had a minor surgery for a cyst on my back and I have absolutely no scar. I coudln't be more happy.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Was this provider's office clean?
Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
