Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house.
The receptionist was not friendly. The office was not clean. I was told to call
the woman who schedules surgery, I left 6 voice mails, but she did not
call back for 3 days. I did not have a good experience with this office so
I decided to go to a different doctor.

I arrived early and was kept waiting for half hour past my appointment. No one came out to say anything. When I asked how much longer and why I was not told the Dr. was running late, I was told by the Doctor's sone and partner in the practice that I would not have to wait even longer. The rest of the staff must have thought this was funny because they laughed as I walked out. Lousy attitude toward their patients and little concern for anyone's time.
