This Dr.Requires that you sign a legal document waiving your right to sue them in a court of law before treatment. If you do not sign the document you will be asked to leave without treatment and to find alternative treatment yourself.

In my opinion this is totally unethical - and they are taking advantage of the unwary and uneducated in order to save costs on malpractice insurance.

My first experience at Dr Cliffords Foster office and my last. I made an appointment and waited a week and a half for my visit. There is no receptionist to greet you, just directions DO NOT tap on window, sign in, and ring bell, frosted remained close for 15 minutes before I saw anyone. 6 people in office all complaining about waiting forever. Receptionist finally opens window and called people by name for payment BEFORE they even see the doctor. When I was called they tell me I don't have an appointment, which is false. Receptionist is so anxious, unfriendly and can't wait to close that window. I have never been treated so poorly in a professional office EVER in my life. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this doctor because his staff is so unprofessional . Date 1/31/12
