This dentis did a root canal which ended up getting infected and they left me a piece of instrument in my tooth. Thanks to them my tooth is ruin. I advise people not to go there if they do not want to suffer the consequences afterwards.

I had a horrible experience with Chong H. Rha, D.D.S. from Global Dentistry. I made a contract with her for my son's braces, had payed the full balance off, and the service went well for about a yr and a half and from there on without my authorization she started charging me outrages amount of money for the service. One of my son's brackets kept breaking and he would have to wait until his next visit for Chong to glue it back on. It was always that same tooth that kept breaking and still she would charge to glue it back on even if it happened on that same day that she had just repaired it . Dr. Chong ended up charging me $770 extra just for the times that my son's bracket broke and didn't even inform me. She just put it on my balance. When I found out I cancelled the contract I had with her and switched dentists. It was cheaper to take that action instead of staying there for two more years and keep paying $70 every visit. I would rather give the rest of that money to another dentist who would provide better customer service. The staff members were great, very polite and understandable, but to me Chong just seems to be all in it for the money.
