It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
