I had dentures from this facility. Once done, they have never fit correctly. I have been in and out of this place for almost a month. They don't listen to what you say to them. You tell them your bite doesn't feel right and they tell you that it is correct. I have had to file the right side to keep my tongue from hitting the side of the denture so it wouldn't bleed. They don't listen at all. Worst experience of my life!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.

The office staff was unpleasant, unprofessional and very rude. I sat in the office for over 30 minutes before, I was told that I couldn't be seen. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as if they were unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed me when I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are very unprofessional. This office made me feel as if I were being discriminated against.
