They definitely weren't easy to reach, i had to park down the street and walk with two small children down a very busy road, there were no wheelchair access or access for persons with strollers, when we got inside the receptionist informed me that my doctor was not there before even asking which doctor we were there to see, she was trying to get rid of me. then to my astonishment i look over to see my one year old baby had grabbed a glass ball ornament off of their Christmas tree, it is to my understanding that there is a pediatricians clinic located inside this building so why on earth would they have their tree loaded with real glass balls when they know there are small children running around. there was no waiting area for children and the young girls behind the desk were so rude, especially to one who looks like Shakira who tried to get me to leave before i could even say why i was there. The place was pretty dirty as well, i left after waiting two hours in the filthy place. If the wait was that bad i dont even want to get involved with the doctors there.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
