They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. This person should not be a family practitioner. They are so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning! The doctor was away the day I had an appoinment and the staff didn't bother to call me. RUDE RUDE RUDE staff.. Stay away

I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I put it in simple words
- Staff is rude
- They make you go many times until a non student doctor checks you and end up telling you nothing
- Dr. Kevin Fox , if you make an appointment with him, he only checks you for 30 second and does not solve the problem
- They always tell you they can not attend you because they are full and you see nobody waiting , or they are about to eat in half hour , or they are about to close in two hours or just leave you clueless.
- in my case I 've had to go 4 times to this clinic , paying a co-payment of 10$ per visit plus monthly insurance, and this people just don't do their Job , doctors here are LAME , LAZY and probably they are just to charge medicare or something.
