They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
