Wouldn't listen to me at all. Had me on the same meds for almost a year with no change in my condition. Kept telling me to get a job and move out of my mom's like it was a cure-all. Wouldn't listen to me when I told him my condition was PREVENTING ME FROM DOING THAT. Didn't have any advice, but he liked to remind me that my mom could drop dead any second now and that I'd be S.O.L. :)

They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I felt very judged during my appointments. I couldn't believe how accusatory and condescending they were, and I couldn't wait for it to be over. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe.
