Dr. Richmond is by far one of the best physicians I've ever seen in his field. He is totally committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that he'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. I will definitely recommend him to people I know. His entire staff makes an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The restrooms at this office were spotless.
