Dr. Richmond's staff are absolutely fantastic. I have not seen Dr. Richmond personally but have seen his other office staff and they are caring, personable, and go out of their way to make you feel like a valued patient. All of my calls to the office have been returned very promptly. The office is tucked away on a quiet residential type street near Broward Medical Center. The office is quaint and peaceful.
