I never have to worry about any things Dr. Hesse has recommended over the past 11 years. She has always thorough in her examinations and gives me explanations for my symptoms, her diagnosis, how and why she will treat them the way she does. Furthermore, Dr Hesse explains the medications, how they work and any side effects or when and how to take them. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great ENT. I always get a timely appointments and never had to wait too long once I get to the office.
