They charged me and of course the insurance for service and never had. And they send the charges to a collection company. When I went to the office they said they will fix the issue, but they never did because it's an admission on their part that they are stealing the insurance.
I called they never answer when they see my number.

They send me a bill for endoscopy that I never had and to the insurance a bill that I had nose surgery.

Dr. Curtis Johnson tall like sale person not a doctor.
Don't go the that office you may regret it!

Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. I had an appointment scheduled with the audiologist for 9:00am, I got to the office at 8:55 but I received a call from my children school, I answered the phone. By the time that I got to the doctor's office it was 9:05am, the receptionist with rude manners screamed at me that since I was 5 MINUTES late, the audiologist might not be able to see me. I apologized and mentioned that in the past I had patiently waited to see the doctor over two hours and if they could double check. The receptionist was very unpolite, she kept repeating no sense. There was a gentleman waiting in the lobby and he also had an appointment scheduled for 9:00am, and according to his own words "it looks like they overbooked, what is the big deal". I decided to leave, I will never come back. I feel bad for Dr Johnson, I think he is not even aware of how his patients are being treated. He will be loosing a lot of patients for the incompetence of the employees

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
