They said they were on our dental plan PPO-----so had work done. They were NOT on it. I still have, after a week and a half, a contusion on my inner bottom lip from his jamming his hand too hard in my mouth! The pain was unacceptable in the chair even after the shots were administered. Am 60 yrs old and never had dental pain like it. The office manager is the only one worth dealing with, very kind. He needs to find another dentist to work with. Never have written a negative review for any business before, this will be my first. Don't walk-----RUN away from this dentist. U'd do better using pliers on ur teeth.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up.not only were they late i had to also wait for the dentist and everything to be setup and opened.i didnt even get a goodmorning or apology for having to wait so long.it was a dirty office with poor dentist and staff DONT GO HERE

I had a scheduled appointment for my daughter. I called and said I would be just a couple of minutes late. The receptionist told me no problem, then my appointment was changed to 1 1/2 hours later, without my knowledge. I was 3 minutes late and after an hour went by and 3 people that came in after me were called, I asked about my daughter. The receptionist rudely told me "we go in order of the scheduled appointments". I then said she was scheduled for 2pm. They said no she is scheduled for 3:30pm. I said no she wasn't. They said "we called you yesterday to verify her appointment time". I said it was verified for 2pm. They basically ignored me. So when I was called back, I tried to explain what happened to the dental assistant. She told me the same thing, they verified the appointment with you yesterday and said "that's not my department". I said well maybe you can relay the message to someone because apparently no one cares. So then I tried to talk to the dentist about it as well. Ofcourse, the same responses. Fianlly when I was leaving and writing down my daughter's next appointment in my calendar, I showed the receptionist my appointment time in my calendar for today at 2pm, not 3:30. She said, "well you called and said you were running late, so I rescheduled the appointment". I told her thanks for letting me know and making me feel stupid every time I asked a question. I knew I was not losing my mind, but they all acted like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. the only reason I will continue to go to this dentist is because I am having trouble finding another one that will accept the healthy families insurance my dughter has. I was never apologized to, even after I brought it to there attention the next time I spoke with them. If you are looking for nice, friendly and helpful staff you are going to the wrong dental office.

THE EQUIPMENT IN THE FACILITY SEEMS TO BE OUTDATED, WITH SOME SHOWING DAMAGE. QUALITY OF CARE OVERALL IS VERY POOR. TWO VISITS AGO THE DENTIST HAD BAD BEDSIDE MANNERS AND WAS NOT CARING OF THE SENSITIVITY OF THE PATIENT(I.E., NUMBING SHOTS WERE SLAMMED INTO TO THE MOUTH, MAKING THE SHOT HURT ALOT, WAITING PERIODS WHILE IN THE CHAIR WAS VERY LONG AT TIMES NUKMBING AGENTS ALREADY SUBSIDED. I ASKED FOR A CHANGE IN DOCTORS WHICH I GOT, ONLY TO FIND THAT THE DOCTOR HAD VERY GOOD BEDSIDE MANNERS BUT DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT. FIRST, THE DOCTOR STABBED ME ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CHEEK WITH THE SHRINGE THAT HELD THE NUMBING AGENTS, SLAMMED THE NEEDLE RIGHT IN MAKING IT HURT, THEN I WAITED ALMOST 50 MINUTES BEFORE I WAS WORKED ON AND BY THIS TIME I WAS NOT SO NUMB ANYMORE. INFACT WHEN HE WENT TO REPAIR A FILLING I TOLD HIM I STILL FELT IT AND YET HE CONTINUED, STOPPING ONLY WHEN I TRIED TO GET OUT OF THE CHAIR. THEN HE SEEMED MAD AND SLAMMED ANOTHER NUMBING SHOT IN THE BACK OF MY MOUTH, IN A WAY THAT WAS HURT BECAUSE I COMPLAINED THAT IT STILL HURT. THEN HE PROCEDED TO DO A DEEP CLEAN THAT HURT LIKE HELL BECAUSE MY MOUTH WAS NOT NUMB WITH THE EXCEPTION THE UPPER AND LOWER LEFT SIDE OF MY MOUTH. I WAS IN TEARS AND I NEVER SUFFERED THIS MUCH IN ANY OF MY DENTAL VISITS IN ALL MY LIFE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DENTIST AND I WILL NOT EVEN PAY ANYMORE MONEY TO THEM, EVEN IF I STILL OWE THEM SOME. I WILL ONLY PAY FOR EVERY THING PRIOR TO MY LAST VISIT
